Clinical Nutritionist in Adelaide
Peta is a Clinical Nutritionist and the founder of Enhanced Health Clinical Nutrition (EHCN). Her approach is grounded in the belief that true wellness begins with understanding, understanding your body, your habits, and the unique factors influencing your health.
Peta holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine) from Endeavour College of Natural Health and is a registered member of the Australian Natural Therapies Association (ANTA). She continues to develop her skills through ongoing education and research to ensure her clients receive evidence-based, effective care.
A Passion for Health and Balance
Her passion for nutrition started at home, as a mother of four, where she saw first-hand how food, lifestyle, and environment could shape wellbeing. That curiosity evolved into a lifelong commitment to learning and helping others. Today, Peta combines personal experience with professional expertise to guide clients toward balance, energy and confidence in their health.
