From this, an individualised nutrition and lifestyle treatment plan will be developed—tailored to your needs and designed to be practical within your daily life. Following the appointment, you’ll receive a detailed written plan, including any prescriptions, recommended testing, and referrals to other specialists if required.

Follow-Up Consultation

A focused session to review your progress, discuss any changes or challenges, and refine your nutrition and lifestyle plan as needed. Together, we’ll assess your response to treatment, review any test results, and make targeted adjustments to support continued progress. Updated plans, prescriptions, or referrals will be provided as required to keep your care comprehensive and results-driven.
